'Day 3 of Bootcamp Xpress and up today a 20 min All Levels, including Beginners Leg Workout At Home. Again as with all the bootcamp workouts we will be kicking off with 10 mins of killer tabata before hitting the leg workout The tabata will be heavily leg based also to really get them firing for the leg workouts ahead. Again this is suitable for all levels. Beginners go at your own pace and use a light enough weight to push you. But to be able to maintain good form The more advanced guys, you can look to bump up those weights for a tougher workout Xpress Bootcamp has been designed so nobody gets left behind and each workout made so whether you\'re a complete beginner , Intermediate or advanced in fitness. Anyone can do this Every video will be only 20 Mins long. So even for the beginners short on time. You should have time to squeeze these in daily BEGINNERS - For beginners I recommend doing each workout once. Go at a pace that pushes you and use weights that push you but also where you\'re able to maintain good form -------------------------------------------------------------------- Intermediate / Advanced - You guys , especially you advanced guys or guys who have maybe completed my previous programs. Push yourself at a higher pace. Looked to up those weights where needed and if you feel the 20 Minutes is not enough for your fitness level. Repeating the workouts and turning into a 40 minute killer routine would be recommended. Alternatively once you finish the workout.
